Founding shareholder Linda Leali has extensive experience serving as a court-appointed equity receiver. She has served as a receiver in a wide-range of matters, including cases involving corporate insolvency, fraud and malfeasance; to protect consumers in the event of unfair or deceptive trade practices; mortgage foreclosures; community associations; and family business disputes.  Ms. Leali is committed to obtaining increased recoveries for stakeholders in a timely and cost-effective fashion, including locating hidden assets and seeking recovery of assets fraudulently conveyed to insiders.
